DAD ist kein neues agiles Framework, sondern ein Methodik-Baukasten für Teams, Unternehmen oder Organisationen, um die für die aktuelle Situation  beste Vorgehensweise für agiles Arbeiten auszuwählen.

Mithilfe dieses Baukastens können sich Teams und Organisationen durch Experimentieren und Lernen kontinuierlich verbessern und so auch die eigenen Kunden besser unterstützen. Unabhängig davon, ob bereits agile Arbeitsweisen wie z.B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ® oder LeSS genutzt werden – DAD zeigt auf, wie diese Arbeitsweisen erweitert oder verbessert werden können.

Ivett is a technical coach with a focus on legacy code and AI-augmented coding, helping teams and individuals deliver valuable software early and often.

With her background as a Samman Technical Coach and founder of the Lean Poker workshop format, Ivett brings hands-on experience in improving developer experience, reducing technical debt, and fostering continuous learning through practice and reflection.

Her work emphasizes early feedback, adaptability, and meaningful metrics—values that align perfectly with the spirit of the Coderetreat.
She’s also an active YouTuber on her NextIncrement channel, where she shares insights on modern engineering practices and AI-assisted coding.

We’re thrilled to welcome her live at the SQUER office in Vienna to guide participants through a full day of coding, learning, and experimentation.
